My FIRST mushing race
Hi all!!!
News! I completed my very first mushing race with a team of 8 huskies. This was a race with a distance of 120 km, the first section 70 km, an obligatory rest at checkpoint for 4 hours, and second section 50 km. The dogs did great and I’m very proud of them ☺️ Ask for myself, I must say that I also feel a huge accomplishment of completing my first race and being able to do so with my team and my health intact.
I have completed my debut and I now feel a little bit more confident to sign up for another race. I am currently preparing for another race which will also be in Sweden and with a distance of 160 km.
